*SBRS Alumni: Alpha Muhammad Emerge as a new President Al-Qalam University Chapter*
Comrade Alpha Abdulhamid Muhammad had today bag another notable nomination from the Director of School of Basics Remedial Studies (SBRS) in Person of *Dr Uba Ibrahim Sarari* who was ably represented by the School Admin *Mal Bashir Ibrahim*.
SBRS Alumni is a forum that was brought into board today, 30th, September, 2019 after a close door meeting held at Pre_Degree Section.
The aims of the forum is to work hand in hand with the school management in order to upgrade IJMB and Pre_Degree Studies into a greater level.
*Mal Ibrahim Bashir* in his remarks made it known that "they had this plan since and was discussed with the Director and made it clear to him that they decided to create the SBRS Alumni so as to carter for the younger ones and to ensure that all efforts is not in vain."
The meeting was grace with the former students of Pre_Degree school in which they Nominated the caretakers to chair the forum.
The leadership of SBRS Alumni will in return serves as the leaders of all the Pre_Degree. However, IJMB Students were sets and are tasked to bring a positive change in the programs. This is in line with the efforts of the school management to build staffs school which include Primary and Secondary school under the SBRS Director *Dr Uba Sarari*. Meanwhile the SBRS Alumni leadership is tasked to ensure the stable running of the capacity building.
The Caretaker Members include the following:-

2. Zainab Sagir Takai- Vice President
3. Auwal Ma'aruf Maibasira- Sectary General.
4. Abdullahi Sa'idu- Organizing Sectary
5. Maryam Muhammad Bamalli- Financial Sectary
6. Abubakar Abdulwahab Abdul'aziz- Treasurer
7. Fatima Muhammad Baba- Auditor General
8. Abubakar Sanusi Imam- Auditor General II
9. Abdulhalim Ahmad Abubakar- P.R.O I
10. Abubakar Aminu- P.R.O II
11. Ashiru Garba- Sales Director.
12. Suraj Bashir Aminu- Welfare Director.
13. Usman Abubakar Safana- Welfare Director II.
The Inauguration of the newly Exco's is on the 14th-10-2019.
