*Department of economics set to hold its second election's after one year suspension*
The department of economics is set to hold the department's second elections after a one year suspension which led to dissolving of the association.
This development came through the NESA caretaker committee in a press statement which said
" we would like to use this medium to announce to all that the Departmental elections for Economics Association(NESA) is indeed set to hold very soon for the 2019/2020 session, after it's one year suspension due to the actions of the 2018/19 contestants at the time.
Reason for the late announcement is due to the long wait for its approval and selecting of Elcom from the HOD, but finally now it has been approved and an Elcom committee has been set, the detail, requirement and procedure for the elections will be broadcasted very soon by the Elcom chairman and his committee, so those that are interested in contesting should start mobilizing themselves cause the elections will take place early September before the commencement of School Exams
