Auk media news is a registered campus media news outlet of Alqalam university katsina approved by the public affairs division of the school management  founded by an Alqalamist known as Umar Abubakar Talba. The main aim of the campus outlet is to disseminate credible, reliable information and to dismiss rumors circulating around the varsity. Another of its aims is to ensure that campus media news reaches every student on campus. We tend to cover news from the school management, departmental or state association, and also all other news concerning students who have complain or are facing issues on campus.

We tend to redefine the meaning of what we call school journalism, as journalists ourselves one of the main aim of recruitment is to introduce students to the world of journalism.


This is to inform the students of the varsity that we are open for recruitment of editors, correspondents, reporters and also students with photographic skills.
