Muhammad Jibril Babaali, a campus journalist, also a student of computer science at Al Qalam University, Katsina, has been appointed to serve as a columnist in the giant Nigerian daily newspaper, Media Trust Limited, publishers of Daily Trust Newspaper.
Recall that Muhammad, also a fellow of African Investigative Journalism in the Nigeria Union Of Campus Journalist (NUCJ).
The appointment was conveyed in an email sent to the selected columnists on July 19, 2021, on the eve of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
The appointment letter obtained by this newspaper, further stated he is “expected to write on education and career topics for our membership portal, Youthville+ and Careerville on a part-time basis.”
“Youthville+ and Careerville (the platforms you will be contributing to) serve Daily Trust’s network of professionals (early, mid-career and seniors) and students who mingle and share resources on our community portal. Your articles will serve the needs of a budding community of young and ambitious Nigerian students and professionals.”
