*Vice-Chancellor Hosted Staffs of the Varsity to Ramadan Iftar, 2019*
The Vice-Chancellor, Al-Qalam University, Katsina Prof. Shehu G. Ado has expressed appreciation to the staff's for honouring his invitation to the ramadan iftar which began on Wednesday, 10th Ramadan, 1440 AH equivalent to 15th May, 2019.
He also thanked members of the Management for creating time to be present through out the nine days of the iftar programme which ended on Thursday, 24th May, 2019.
Each day within the period, the Vice-Chancellor hosted a group of 60 staff at the Senate Chamber including female staff who were at separate wing of the Senate Building.
The last group hosted by the Vice-Chancellor on Thursday, 24th May, 2019 was dominated by staff from mathematics and physics departments. The Ramadan Iftar was personally organised by the Vice-Chancellor and it was the first of its kind in the University.
