A-Qalam University Katsina has condoled with the University Chancellor, Mallam Aminu Alhassan Dantata over the death of his nephew, Alhaji Sani Dangote who died at a hospital in United States, on Sunday, 14th November, 2021.

Until his death, Alh. Sani was the Vice President, Dangote Groups and also younger brother of African richest man, Aliko Dangote.
While condoling Mal. Aminu Dantata at his Kano residence, Vice-Chancellor, Al-Qalam University, Prof. Nasir Musa Yauri, prayed
for the repose of the soul of the deceased and for his family to have the courage to bear with the great loss.
In his short remarks, Mal. Aminu Dantata appreciated Management of the University for the concern and sharing in the grief of the family, and prayed for Allah to forgive all those who have departed and show his
mercy to the living.
Mal. Aminu Dantata used the opportunity too congratulate Prof. Yauri on his appointment as Vice-Chancellor and enjoined him to discharge his duties with the fear of Allah.
