NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS
All Students of Al Qalam University are expected to dress decently as per Islamic norms and regulations. It is very important to consider the culture and tradition of the University.
*Males*
Male Student can wear any type of dress considered as decent in the Muslim communities (Baban Riga, Jallabiya, hartun da wando, gentle shirt and trousers).
The followings are not allowed as they regulate as the teaching of islam:
1. Small T-shirt and Sleeveless clothes
2. Shirts which are not properly buttoned up and shirt collars that are left flying.
3. Sport Wears.
4. Hairstyle cut
5. Ass down
6. Pencil Trousers
7. Short Knickers, faded, Crazy and skinny trousers of any kind
8. Pulling down trousers to the hip (Sagging)
9. Clothes which carry obscence and subliminal messages and those with suggestive and witty slogans.
10. Wearing ear rings, bracelets and ankle chains.
11. Wearing head ties
12. Braiding, perming or Jerry curls, plaiting and dreadlocks.
13. Use of face cap and dark glasses ( Except for sport otlr other related activities)
14. Any other appearance considered obscenced by the University Authority.
