Assalamu Alaikum, In the past, I have traversed the length and breath of Nigeria, Gombe have being Home throughly from birth to rise. And to find myself in Katsina Al-Qalam University is something i have never imagined. Nevertheless i am very happy and proud.
Recap to my chapter, Gombe as i have said is a home where every indigenous is proud. And just because of greedy and selfishness of ruling elders, our time in AUK have been nothing but bitterness.
As the future beckons, what GOSSA need is a new model of leadership and a compassionate style of Governance, the signature of what behold people’s desire in AUK and Katsina At Large. For our dear GOSSA to find it’s way to the fulfillment of its manifest destiny, it need a leader with moral strength to seek the good of all, a leader with courage and accountability, responsibility and with the highest level of integrity.
But first, GOSSA Auk chapter must recruit a leadership that is sagacious enough to listen to the pulse of the people, patients enough to understand the people and committed to doing work of his people.
Suffice enough to say i am an indigene Gombe studying in Katsina is something to be proud. Every tough time shall come to pass.
