*NESA Students to Embark on Excursion to Central Bank of Nigeria*
As part of the events for the Upcoming Nigerian Economics Students Association (NESA) WEEK, members of the Association will embark on an Educational Trip to the Central Bank of Nigeria located in Abuja.
NESA sent a letter some weeks back to CBN Abuja requesting an excursion visit to expose students to the practical Economics at the Apex Bank relating to the theory being thought to them in class.
Eventually, their request was accepted and they were contacted personally by the *Head, Internal Communications Division,* informing them of the acceptance of the letter including a fixed date for the visit.
Yesterday the Head of ICD, Mr. Sam Okogbue came all the way from Abuja to personally deliver the approval letter to the Dean, Social and Managememt Sciences (SMS) with the excursion date slated for 10th of October.
Unfortunately, due to the minimal number of students as required by the CBN only a selected number of students from the Department will participate in the Excursion. Part of the requirements is the Departmental shirt, which will be worn during the vists and a departmental ID card.
The excursion is the last event of the NESA WEEK
More details on the travel schedule and procedure will be out soon with that of the NESA WEEK.
