Dear my fellow students I greet you all with the spirit of Aluta and hope that everyone had a successful Festive break, as we begin the second semester of this academic session I enjoined all of us to be law abiding students within and outside the school premises and take our lectures seriously with passion.
As promised in our campaign manifestos making mathematical science department is our zeal and what we are trying day and night with my fellow comrades to achieve.
With your helps and advices we have achieved 40% of our mission as some of you know that we are working without funds because the association dues were being paid in conjunction with the school fees this time around as oppose to the traditional ways, up-to now the school have not yet release any kobo to the association.
Some of our objectives that we have achieved with zero account are as follows:
-The bridge of communication between the students and class reps, lecturers, staffs even with the Head of department is now easier and accessible.
-Introducing the business center in front of department that will helps our students in printing, photocopying, registration at low rate.
-Going to several conferences and won differents prizes,trophies,medals,awards etc.
-In Collaboration with many IT industries like iserv,UMG tech. Solutions, kirkira hub,lumilab and many more we have so far started classes to make our students software orientated.
-Promoting unity among our studenting, welfarism of our members, organizing tutorials and sport competitions, guidance and assistance to students experiencing academic difficulties and much more....
I believe in my executives/team we are always here for you to wave change, to stand in the way of what's right, what's just and what will benefits you.
We struggle day and night to make NAMCOSS fly again.
We almost achieved our goal with zero account by sacrificing our money, time and effort to see your success. Imaging what we would have achieved if we had a direct source of funding.
